Let me congratulate you on your successful completion of the first stage of your school journey and welcome you to a new beginning as a Middle School Student. 6th grade marks the halfway point of your K-12 experience. As fast as the first 6 years went, the next 7 will go even faster. We are excited to partner with you as we bridge the gap between elementary and the high school.
Middle School is an exciting time and we can’t wait to begin to work with you. It is our goal to offer a challenging and rigorous curriculum that will allow students to stretch themselves and realize their full potential. It is also our goal to create a learning environment in which students feel safe and valued.
In a typical school year, we would be providing a parent open house and student tours of the building. Due to the current circumstances, we are not able to hold these activities. Instead, we will be doing our best to provide the necessary information and orientation experiences to you in a virtual format. In the event that it is possible to offer some type of tour for students prior to the start of the school year, we will do our best to do so. At this point we will do what we can to welcome students to the building in a format that gives them as much knowledge and confidence as possible.
